  • Onlangs een mooi horloge bij Kingwatch gekocht. Het lukte mij niet om deze vanaf mijn werkplek afterekenen. Heb telefonisch contact opgenomen met de vraag of het horloge even vast gehouden kon worden zodat deze eenmaal thuis kan worden afgerekend, dit was geen probleem. Na betaling is het horloge netjes en vlot verzonden, heb hem keurig verpakt ontvangen. Maar helaas bleek het leren bandje te kort. Heb hiervan een foto gemaakt en deze via whatsapp aan Kingwatch gestuurd, binnen twee dagen was ook dit opgelost. Ik vind het terecht een vijf 🌟 service. Voor een eventueel volgend horloge kijk ik zeker eerst op het aanbod van Kingwatch.
